    This is a hands-on contract position where you pay me to do the work. This is usually a long-term engagement (2-5 years). I will create the plan, processes, and train new hires.

    The fee structure is a monthly retainer where you will be invoiced by Wildflower Ventures.

  • I help founders and CEO’s create a commercialization plan for one biological products. My focus area is microbial based products for row/specialty markets or cattle feed additives.

    This is more of an advisory role where I help solidify the concepts into an executable strategy. We will work through my 2-year commercialization framework.

    This is more of a short-term position (6months-1 year) where I work with your group in creating the system and processes yourself.

    The fee structure is a monthly retainer where you will be invoiced by Wildflower Ventures.

  • I have created a gap analysis workshop that helps companies identify areas of improvement. This is created with my 2-year commercialization strategy in mind. Founders/CEO’s will use this workshop to de-risk their commercialization strategy.

    This is a perfect tool to use for investor meetings.

    A one-time flat fee of $3,500. This includes a pre-workshop questionnaire for all members that will be in attendance. A 3-4 hour workshop to be held virtually or in-person. And a post-workshop report that summarizes key findings and my top 3 recommendations for where to prioritize time.
