Leading Successful Projects

I have been part of more scientific projects than I can count, and have led a fair amount of them. This section will be dedicated to my project management philosophies, lessons learned, and successes.

Managing effective teams

Nothing in this world gets done alone. Truly successful companies prioritize teamwork and how to get the most out of their people. I have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, and this area will be dedicated to discussing what worked, what didn’t, and how I approach managing effective teams.

Building effective communication processes

Contrary to popular belief, you can’t over communicate. Too many people assume they have conveyed their ideas and directions in a way that other people understand, except we are individuals with individual communication preferences. This space will be dedicated to how I leverage communication to create effective teams and keep projects on track. I will share tips and tricks for communicating internally and externally.

Product Development

Companies that innovate are successful companies. But innovation is hard. I have 10+ years in product development, and I understand that innovation is a culture not a objective. This space will be dedicated product development, and I’ve successfully brought products to market.
